We’re looking to bolster our summer festival crew and have casual positions for BAR STAFF and CASHIERS.

If you’d like to enjoy the festival experience and get paid for it; join us! We’re looking for hardworking, energetic and friendly people to join our team.

APPLY FOR BOTH OR JUST ONE!
Free transport from Sydney, Newcastle, Canberra and Central Coast. We also pay you for your time travelling. Pay rate from $31 per hour.

Melbourne photographer, p1xels, has brought an immersive Chernobyl exhibition to one of the city's oldest buildings - and we are so excited to be representing her!

Securing digital and TV coverage across the country, we've put Alpha Beta Gamma at the forefront of Melbourne's to-dos.

The exhibition will continue to run until this Friday.

Our new client, world-renowned street artist Mysterious Al, returns this weekend with an experiential exhibition hosted in an abandoned inner-city warehouse.

We are proud to be representing Shannon Martinez, the mind behind Smith & Daughters and Smith & Deli, to support her involvement in Sacred Heart Mission's Dine with Heart campaign for the month of May. Challenging chefs from around the country to create $4 meals, Shannon is raising awareness and educating the public on healthy, nutritious eating for less.

Festival-goers are a fickle bunch. To make it, music festivals need to nail every element of the punter experience - particularly food and beverage.

Beyond the Valley is a four-day festival held over New Year’s Eve, bringing together more than 10,000 18 – 25 year-olds for four days of music, camping and revelry.

In 2015, BTV moved to Warragul and we were engaged to enhance the food & beverage offering. Implementing best practice systems and unparalleled festival knowledge, we manage more than 200 staff, 10 bars and 25 food vendors.

We have dramatically improved speed and service of bar operations and the quality and variety of food operators. The result is a better experience for punters; and higher spend per head to match.

Since our appointment, independent reviews have commended the festival for its fast and varied F&B service and we continue to improve financial returns year-on-year.

Melbourne Music Week has earnt a solid reputation for surprising Melburnians with its unconventional venue choices. The 2017 Melbourne Music Week Hub was its biggest coup.

Securing Melbourne’s iconic St Paul’s Cathedral, City of Melbourne approached us to enhance this incredible space.

Joining forces with Moth Design; our role as the Creative & Site Design team was to develop the Cathedral and adjoining carpark to a festival space for a discerning Melbourne audience.

Respectful of working in a place of worship; the challenge was getting the balance between festival-experience and religious aesthetic. Our approach was steeped in research and inspired by gothic architecture. The result was a sleek, uniquely Melbourne festival hub, brought to life by arches, dark palettes and motifs.

The Hub attracted more than 10,000 people, over eight days and is heralded as the most successful venue activation yet.
