The final Stage of
Stage Eight : Thônes > Plateau des Glières : 152,5 km
Another great day pedalling around this glorious region of France!!
Quite roads, lovely climbs and experiencing a little of what the pros pedal through while we rode over the final ~70km and up to the Official Finish line and then watch them cross the Finish Line.
Today we enjoy our final full day riding in the mountains.

Day Five
A day of sunshine, rain and sunshine plus some sweet VIP action at the Finish
We had our rain ride going up Samoëns 1600 but then in the time we watched the finish of the race, in our warm & covered stand, the roads were dry for the fast descent and ride back to our hotel in Thyez.
Today - Stage 8 of CdD and we ride a lot of the course to Plateau des Glières where we will once again be at the VIP finish.

Day Four
A day of two rides
Part I - depart our hotel and head to the stage start in Hauterives - lovely VIP access right above the Start
Then in the vehicles and drive to the base of the second climb for the Pros in Les Échelles
Part II - Les Échelles to the top of Col du Granier following the race course and then down to our fantastic hotel : Chateau des Comtes de Challes.

Day Three … (still a day late:)
Depart Joux (sad to leave such a great place) and ride ~15km to ride across the Offical Start Line … which was allowed by the lovely people
Attended the VIP area to have breakfast, coffee and watch the riders presentation in Amplepuis
From there we chased to see the riders on course as they flew around another bend during Stage 5 … 200,2km which was shortened b/c of the rain / crash :( We hope that all riders are OK!

Our last full day for our 2024 Critérium du Dauphiné tour 💙🤍♥️ We had a ‘free ride’ today included parts of the @CriteriumduDauphanie Stage 7 ie Col de la Ramaz - what a lovely climb. We lucked out with the weather again, wet roads to begin the ride but by the time we stopped in lunch in Les Gets the roads were dry for the pedal home. Stats on today : ~82km with ~2,215m of ascent We now have a few days off before @hauteroutefrance Pyrenees
