SUV Adventures with 4WD Mates SUV Owners, use your vehicle for Weekend outdoor adventures for VIC high country camping We get lots of questions about Tyres and 4WD vs.

Owners of SUV's often don't use the adventure potential of their SUV vehicles due to inexperience in the great outdoors or they are concerned about just how bad that gravel road could get around the corner. Contact SUV Adventures with 4WD Mates and seek our assistance to get you started on your outdoor adventure journey. AWD vehicles but the reality is that with some simple planning of your route

you too can enjoy the VIC high country. Take a careful look out some of our road videos and you will see the roads are all gravel but in good condition as is much of the Victorian High Country roads are. If in doubt just park your SUV to the side of the road and walk the road to get a closer look. You don't need to spend a lot of money on equipment to start off with and as you gain experience you will get to know what additional equipment you can either rent or purchase. Call Craig on 0411 462 063 for more details or look at the photo section for our brochure.

To give your SUV more storage space take a look at the Rhino roof rack. My advice (and I have one) is to understand the total weight your vehicle roof can carry, then decide if you want to carry long items up there such one of the fantastic Oztent series (as they are long) then you might want to consider a half width basket and then carry the tent to the side. Plus as a bonus these baskets are great at collecting firewood along your journey.

Rhino-Rack Steel Mesh Baskets have the most tie-down points possible so your capacity to utilise roof space is unrivalled. The design allows you to easily se...
