Internal renovation recently completed in Lane Cove. Complete reconfiguration of this floor plan with new bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry, staircase repositioned, lifting existing floor level to ensure one flat level. With a large deck completing this house on the back surrounding the pool!

Job completion at Baulkham hills! Knocking down an internal wall and pushing the kitchen back to create more living space. Larger windows and sliding doors across the back of this house really helped to make this space feel bigger. Bringing the outdoor in. Main bathroom and separate toilet renovation. A large 1.2 meter front door and opening internal door ways gave this house a great sense of space!

Today deserves a post for itself! 100 cube of concrete went in to fill our 1.6 metre deep trenches.. Over the past month we’ve overcome many obstacles to get to this stage. Multiple ground tests failed, due to Sydney waters tunnel that lays 18 metres below this job. To avoid the house sinking like it once did, this was the solution! Form work next week to begin preparation for stage 2. Concrete slab incoming!

📍Epping Always a pleasure to be invited back to a recently completed job to take some photos! We extended this home out the back, tying the old into the new. Open plan living, new hardwood blackbutt flooring throughout, new kitchen, living room, bedroom, home office and a large entertaining area out the back! Enjoy!
