One of many great Mary Valley Country events but definitely the biggest.

One of the biggest events you shouldn’t miss is the Gympie Music Muster, so Play Stay and Discover the Gympie Region during August, the Muster is on the 28th -31st of August but the fun starts a lot earlier.

Today's NOT the day to be out and about checking out Christmas lights.

Let's all stay home, stay safe, and wait till the weather improves and water levels drop to safe levels.

Once it's safe hop in the car and check out the fabulous work of so many of our amazing Mary Valley residents.

SANTAS CHRISTMAS DE ‘LIGHT’

“Mary Valley, you’ve done us proud” said Santa, after viewing all the lights in the valley. He’s exhausted, and his head hurts deciding on winners. He’ll have a little lie down now, to be ready to deliver gifts on Christmas Day.

And the winners are………..

AMAMOOR/DAGUN
Winner – 474 Kandanga Amamoor Rd.

Also check out a worthy contender halfway between Kandanga and Amamoor by the Rail crossing. We’re not actually sure if it’s in Kandanga or Amamoor!! Where’s the boundary?

If you didn’t get to the Amamoor Christmas Beers and Cheers, duck down to the village Green. Great lights there, but there are also some nice ones on Mary Street and a new one at 447 Kandanga Amamoor Rd. Just beyond Amamoor village on the corner of Amamoor Dagun Rd.

KANDANGA
Winner – 40 Greenoak Rd
There's several along Stephens St Kandanga and make sure you check out the one at number 5 tucked away in the corner.
and just passed the old bridge on the way to Amamoor there’s a few.

IMBIL/ BROOLOO
92 Yabba Rd - Brilliant work Kevin and Rhonda Voice(Corner of Meyers Rd, opposite Mary Valley Traders).

There’s a couple more up Meyers Rd, Imbil.
Also the Railway Hotel, Wild Vine, Imbil Post Office and in Brooloo on Sutton Street at no 31 and 71.

And don’t forget to take a look at last year’s winner at 25 Edward St, Imbil

Imbil Police Station – Not usually on the list of places to visit in Imbil, but make sure you stop (safely and legally) and enjoy.

Jump in the car with grandma and the kids and take a drive around Mary Valley Country. There's some brilliant lights out there, some in obvious places and some slightly out of the way.
