AFL Masters National Board Member, Sarah Loh, will be chairing a new 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻'𝘀 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲. We are seeking expressions of interest for those willing to participate as a committee member.

Hey Everyone,
We have created a special tribute tee designed in honour of our dearly departed friend Nadine McBride from NSW.
The idea came about at Nad's funeral, so that players from all over the country could bring Nad's spirit to life at the National Carnival. It's a tribute to her colourful nature and even more colourful vocabulary and a chance to celebrate all that she did on and off the field.
The colours are not state specific, more closer to her club, and with a tweak on the Singleton logo. The back includes a phrase you may have heard N**s say many a time!
So, if you'd like to join the NSW team in this special intiative, I suggest you get your order in before 1st September, as it's a custom order and you will need to allow 3 weeks manufacture time (and then shipping). It is a sublimated tee, not a cotton tee. They are mens sizing and style so factor that in too. N.B There is no profit being made, just the costs back to the supplier.

Exciting news......as you may be aware the AFLMaster National body is focusing on building women’s masters footy in every state this year as part of the fully funded Footy Ladies project!

They are now advertising for part-time national, state and territory development officers to carry out a range of responsibilities including implementing the project’s national curriculum and promoting masters footy.

Applications are due by 22 Feb, to the AFL Masters general manager at [email protected].

Following the successful completion of the Perth National AFLM carnival, the word is out that we are heading to Adelaide in 2022. Can't wait to see you all there, in person, next year!

Adelaide will host the 2022 AFL Masters National Carnival, the 39th staging of the annual event, and the first time the city has held the event since 2014.

Ladies...I don't know about you but I've been feeling a tad frustrated that I'm not in Perth this week. So....I'm happy to announce that there is another way that you can get involved and stay connected to our fabulous AFLM community!
Wishing you could be in Perth this week for the National Carnival? Well, for those who can't make it, AFL Masters have come up with a fun way to stay involved, and you could even win a prize! Introducing the 2021 AFLM National Carnival Selfie competition.
All you need to do is capture yourself in your home state, showing how you got involved in one of the carnival activities remotely. Check out the list of carnival activities in the Carnival Program to give you some ideas about how to create your own 2021 National Carnival experience at home. Prizes include AFL Masters Sherrin footballs (1 x women’s & 1 x men’s) and Perth 2021 Carnival merchandise.
To enter, just send your photos or video via email/file transfer to [email protected]. Please be sure to include your Name, State & Postal address. Winners will be announced on Saturday at the Presentation night. Good luck everyone!!
