The '2018 Vintage' will go down as a quick one for the Hunter Valley. A hot and dry season has seen Shiraz picked, fermented and pressed off already for most producers. There will be some great wines made from this vintage but you will have to act quick due to the low yields. We should start to see whites appear for tasting and sales by the middle of this year and reds from the start of next year.
