I need to address something important -
We’ve had some concerns with people contacting me outside business hours for quotes.
Please note I do not provide a 24hour quote line system nor will I tolerate this.

Business hours are strictly in place.
We will not accept ANY calls or messages outside business hours unless deemed urgent. That is flights within the next 12 hours that cannot wait or any airport issues (which we have not had since we’ve opened alhamdulilah)

Please be mindful.

Infinity Travel will be going on leave from early December.
*We are not taking in any more bookings*

I ask for you to respect this much needed time away and only contact us if deemed urgent. We will endeavour to be back by end of January.

I have made sure all my clients are well aware months in advance.

People who hold current bookings, need to finalise payments as already discussed before we leave as communication can be limited.

Have current waivers offering DATE CHANGES and REFUNDS ( including non-refundable tickets).

Etihad have NOW released a WAIVER to change dates and refund, but you cannot reroute.

Peace of mind for my clients is my main priority and everyone has been extremely satisfied. Alhamdulilah
