From 1 November 2021, passengers transiting in Singapore can travel on all designated VTL flights provided they fulfill the following requirements:

1. Show acceptable proof of vaccination, this includes both digital or paper vaccination certificates. Travelers’ vaccination and their vaccination certificate can be from any country and must meet the following criteria:
• Contains name that matches the passenger’s travel documents and at least one personal identifier (e.g. date of birth or passport number)
• Must be in English
• Vaccine must be on the list of WHO-EUL COVID-19 vaccines and certificate(s) contains the name of the vaccine administered for each dose and date(s) of vaccination
• Date of the last dose of vaccination should be at least 14 days before transit through Singapore
2. Undertake a pre-departure test for Covid-19 (PDT) 48 hours before flight departure and produce a negative result

There are no restrictions on travel history for transit passengers on VTL flights.

The changes described above mean that transit sales on all Singapore Airlines designated VTL flights, can now take place as long as the passenger meets the requirements stated in 1, 2 and meet the entry requirements of their final destination.

There is no change in the requirements for passengers entering Singapore on the designated VTL flights.
