Miss Boulevard has now been sold. So that means another lot of our special treasures are up for sale. Features items include curvy furniture, collectible vintage art work and decorator items.

I’ll be listing on Marketplace and will share here and on Insta. Many items can be collected asap or can wait until the 5th January. Open to offers for house lots with a few exclusions.

It’s a rare treat for us to stay at Miss Boulevard. Living on the farm we forget the simple pleasures of take out on a Saturday night - we even have menulog these days - how fancy! The garden is looking so pretty. The back drop from the rear veranda a burst of colour with layers of mature trees through to the majestic river red gums. Abundant bird life and all just moments from the CBD.
Yes she’s still on the market for when the right buyer comes along. Until then we continue to enjoy our pretty art deco crash pad in the (little) city.

MISS BOULEVARD…NOW LISTED

This one-of-a-kind house nestled by the banks of the Goulburn River was always pretty special.

Believed to be the original home that kicked off the highly sought-after Boulevard precinct. She has stood proud since then and quietly observed the growth and progress of Shepparton to be the vibrant and innovative regional city it is today.

Gorgeous yet understated with her art deco curves and steamer ship chimney, crazy stone paving and fireplace, and clever floor plan. She was well ahead of her time.

The story of our love affair with Miss B started way back in 2016 - when much like a blind date we bid sight unseen at an auction with the help of a friend.

She kicked us off with a bang in the world of accommodation and quickly established herself as a guest and community favourite, featuring in magazines, wedding day preparations, photoshoots, short breaks and family and friend celebrations. She has hosted couples, families, friends, pups, artists and even a celebrity or two.

Today she remains one of Shepparton's most popular short-term accommodation options, taking out awards and topping occupancy rates across the region.

From tomorrow, Miss B will grace the pages of all your favourite realestate pages.

One of the many special things about Miss B is that she is not conventional. Her eclectic style blends old and new. Classics with the comforts of today. Super comfortable and just a little bit cool. Miss B • providing an alternate option for a sleep over in the Goulburn Valley.
