am of one day writing and illustrating a children's story I took the leap into teaching. After 4 years teaching Preschoolers, thoroughly enjoying their creative spirits and pondering minds I have had my very own little munchkin. Deciding that the years go buy way too quickly and not wanting to miss out on any part of his beautiful little life I have taken the plunge into selling my hand crafted creations, to contribute to the grocery bill!!!. I have found my little hole in world where I can exhust my creative side!! My inspiration comes from the resistance I have to the bombardment of commercialism and marketing to children and the fact that every child is exposed to the saturating force of Dora the Explorer or Ben Ten (just to name 2) and the effect this can have on their own creativity and imagination. I hope to provide an alternative so that children can return to naming their own characters and create their own play senarios with my collage of characters to broaden their imaginations!
