Something different for us today, too us a coating is a coating it will fail at some point so here we are removing a white coated floor and doing a full stone exposure MPC mid sheen floor, crushed bluestone with white deco great look.

Pool area grind and seal we finished yesterday ended up not to bad happy with the result .

Outdoor pool area started today 60 grit diamond grind with topical sealer + non slip, cracks seem to be the new normal with Concreters on these outdoor areas too think that the concrete won’t crack after 24 hrs is ridiculous this is the result, this was the perfect job for crack inducers aluminium strips would have looked magic obviously in the too hard basket .

Job we finished last week makeover of a sort of polished floor we gave it a light grind to remove all the grinder marks giving it a bit more stone exposure then a mid mechanical polish, we use High Tech Grinding diamond tooling and chemicals all our MPC floors .

Floor we started yesterday this is a burnished floor that is just plain outright bad we a doing a light to heavy exposure grind over the whole house to remove all the defects and then mechanically polish got our work cut out here with a extremely hard floor to deal with.

Small floor we buffed off this morning this ended up being some of the softest concrete we have worked on for years lucky to be 5 Mpa great result from Alex and Josh full stone exposure mid sheen floor, we use and highly recommend Xingyi grinders and diamond tooling for all our MPC floors.

Ok contractors here it is the long awaited Xingyi dual drive gear driven demolition headed 680/800 RC grinder, if your in the market for a new grinder this is a must look at with basically no maintenance required other than oil change and routine demo head consumables this is as good as it gets .

Nice little grind we finished this morning we took 15 mm of concrete off 25 m2 removing 700 kg of dust, we then did a stunning Matte mechanical polish to the complete floor area great result.
