Grind and seal in progress this morning 200M2 nicely placed and finished exposed concrete well placed expansion joints was just a poor choice in sealers that has failed , we have grout filled and colour matched joints and giving it a good flat grind should look great once finished .

Well that’s a wrap for us for 2024 I would like to thank all our clients for putting there trust in us this year, 32 mechanically polished floors with a few indoor grind and seals and some outdoor areas pool surrounds in the mix, big thanks to Xingyi for supplying us with the best tooling and Equitment available and to all our followers merry Xmas and safe new year , I’m now looking forward to getting over to Bali and flipping some burgers in our little resto and having a well earned rest, Merry Xmas to all see you in 2025 …………………………………….

Floor makeover on the go this morning removing polyurethane coating and then mid sheen mechanically polish the floor , for those interested we are using 120 # soft bond double segments to remove the sealer with basically no damage or scratching to the concrete we use and highly recommend High Tech Grinding tooling for any type of concrete grinding with outstanding performance contact Hillman or Sean in Brisbane for pricing .
