Here we are starting the Term 4 After School MTB Skills program, yeeeeew!

Start Date: 16th October 2024

Duration: 8 Weeks 1.5 Hours

About
Our after school programs are delivered in Terms 1 and 4 within Kempsey.

These programs are delivered weekly for 8 weeks during the school term for 1.5 hours per lesson with a group of up to 10 children.

Each week a new skill will be introduced, coached and plenty of ride time to develop the skill. The program is designed to break down the skills on mountain biking and progress them over time for to become smoother, smarter and faster rider.
Skills during the program will focus on position and balance, braking, cornering, wheel lifts, line choice and bike maintenance.

Our coaches will conducted structures fun games and drills in a safe, fun learning environment.

The total program is $160, having the breakdown of $20 per session. If you wish to pay per week, please let us know

A bit of a different tour today…. This time we were the guests 😆 A huge shout out to ! Our bike tour today was the best! We saw all the major iconic attractions plus a few others! Our guide Grant knew all the history plus some….. The best 3 hour tour of Sydney!

If you are ever in Sydney, book a tour! Electric, comfy bikes, awesome tour plus we also got homemade banana bread made by Linda 👏💛

There is nothing better than touring by bike, even better a tour by a local who knows all….. 😉

A couple of beginners to the intermediates, we covered a few skills, tested their balance and ride over 11kms, ending with another jump session…. Yes… they all love jumping 😆

An overall great day out, two sessions, great weather, great trails, all thanks to the Nambucca Valley Cycle Club, Jacks Ridge MTB Park & NSW State Forestry.

All aboard the Montem Train…… 🚂 Today was our first free mountain bike sessions with the little shredders in the morning and the big shredders in the arvo.
