Day 4 of the Ergon Energy Townsville SAGA! I still have NO CONNECTION for the solar are taking the matter to the top.

ERGON REFUSED to come an reinspect the solar.

ERGON REFUSED to reconnect the solar.

This matter is simply over the SERIAL NUMBER on my inverter. That is literally it.

Turn off someone’s solar on a SATURDAY, so they can’t contact you back to discuss until MONDAY, over a simple serial number issue - TWO YEARS AFTER THE SOLAR WAS INSTALLED!

How’s this for adding complexity to an already hard decision!?! BF Goodrich are doing a good looking HD Terrain now, which is half-way between the AT and MT. It’s a good looking tyre, but makes my decision very difficult!

Add to that we are still stuck between the 18” Land Rover wheel and the 16” Steel wheel…

Each has their pro, but I think a poll is needed for this one!

The new HD Terrain are looking very tempting… Thoughts?

The mighty Scenic 4x4 Range Rover had explored over 80,000km on the set of Mud Terrain tyres, and they’ve been very good in their time. It’s now time to replace them.

G’day folks! We’re just back from another great adventure up to Cape York, what a blast! A great group with 5 very different and capable vehicles and many stories shared around the camp fire.

Vehicle prep is so important on big trips away. The conditions in the remote places Australia has to offer are very unforgiving - often a good mechanic is hard to find while away. This is super important especially if you drive a vehicle that are few and far between in these parts of the world.

Lifting the bonnet every morning and having a check over the vitals in your engine bay and under the vehicle can be the difference between a good trip and a great trip!

We’re so excited to head off on our Cape York tours soon! The first one, the Overlander heads off at the end of July - we’ve had great interest in this tour so far! The Adventurer heads off at the end of August and we still have bookings available for this tour.
