MOUNTAIN CLIMBING IN THE 1930's 😯

This incredible image of a group of people who'd climbed Mount Coonowrin was taken in 1933.

It was shared this week by the Glasshouse History Group.

The Mount Coonowrin section of Glass House Mountains National Park has been a Restricted Access Area under the Nature Conservation Act 1992, since March 1999.

This effectively closes the area to public access in the interests of public safety.
