SportsMindset is teaming up with Mikhaela Cann from Assist - Athlete Services, and some of NBL1 North's best female hoopers, for two days of skills, mobility, mindset and competition at this ALL GIRLS camp this January school holidays.

The female only program will offer athletes access to elite training and workshops over the two days, focusing on:
🙆🏾‍♀️ Mobility and movement
🏀 Skills and fundamentals
🤯 Mindset and mental skills
🆚 Competition
🩸 Going with the flow - a session helping us understand how the menstrual cycle impacts our performance and how we best work with it. Parents are invited to attend this session which will be held at the end of the day (athletes 12yrs+)

After a solid FIBA Asia U18 performance for NZ, Annika has been recognised as one of 40 top high-school aged prospects across the globe! *insert whistles and banging drums*

This acknowledgment landing Chook a spot at the Basketball Without Borders camp this July. So proud of the achievements this young lady keeps making, putting in the hard work every step of the way.

With a starting length of 55.5 cm and coming in a “small’ 4.12kgs, it’s safe to say she’s a beautiful healthy addition to the team. The Boss, aka Mom, is doing exceptionally well (Dad did good too). Jnr Trainer Ziya has taken to her new role beautifully.
