Maison Vue Provence is an ancient three-bedroom village house, exquisitely renovated with one of the most stunning views in Provence - complete with AC. Perched on the side of the hill in the beautiful village of Bonnieux means that "wow" will be your response when you see the extraordinary panorama.
And that view can be enjoyed from our three level terrace, from our little plunge pool/basin and from most rooms in the house.
You will have the whole house to enjoy, with three bedrooms. And it stays blissfully cool in the hotter months with split system air conditioning and ceiling fans. Naturally, we have central heating for the cooler months, in addition to the heating split systems.
Upon opening the front door, you will be blown away by the gorgeously renovated house, but mostly by the extraordinary view. Make your way through the enticing entry, the beautiful salon/lounge and out to the balcony. Wow!!
Your private terrace consists of three levels: the upper balcony, the middle outdoor lounge level and the lower level with a petite plunge pool and dining table in your private turret top (which forms part of the ancient 12th century city walls). Back inside, the kitchen/dining room leads through to the outdoor and indoor lounge areas.
There is a fully equipped kitchen/dining room (cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso) plus an outdoor Weber gas BBQ. We love cooking so we think the kitchen is incredibly well-equipped. There is a beautiful dining table that seats up to 8.
Bedrooms
There are three bedrooms. On the first floor is Chambre Bonnieux, which features:
- a king size bed (180cm) positioned to take advantage of the view through two large windows, an antique wardrobe and chest of drawers, a luxurious Persian rug and two big antique armchairs. The chandelier is a feature as well.
- a private ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower, double marble vanity and toilet. Naturally, soap, shampoo, conditioner, a hairdryer and other amenities are provided.
- individual air conditioning and heating controls plus an iron and ironing board.
The top floor is Chambre Luberon, which features:
- a king size bed (180cm) positioned to take advantage of the view, a large built in wardrobe, a chest of drawers, large desk and armchairs.
- a private ensuite bathroom with a deep soaker clawfoot bath, huge walk in shower, large vanity, chandelier and Persian rug. Naturally, soap, shampoo, conditioner, a hairdryer and other amenities are provided. This room is open to the bedroom (but there is a separate private toilet with a door as described below).
- a separate toilet room with a washing machine and dryer. There is also a hanging rack, ironing board and iron.
- individual air conditioning and heating controls.
The third bedroom called Chambre Voltaire is on the second half floor and features:
- a queen size bed (160cm), a large hanging rack, a chest of drawers, large desk and antique armchairs.
- an in-room vanity unit with washbasin. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, a hairdryer and other amenities are provided, including an iron and ironing board.
- this bedroom can use the bathroom on the ground floor, which features a walk-in shower, vanity and toilet.
