Not only are our share houses well maintained and managed, they fulfill the needs of independant travellers seeking a safe, friendly, and sociable place to stay. More importantly, Sydney Share house meets all

local government health, safety and building regulations. The origins of Sydney share house date back to the mid 1970's when Italian immigrant Vincenzo purchased a hairdressing salon in inner sydney with rooms for accommodation above which he rented out to holiday makers, backpackers and travellers. In those early days Vincenzo would cut and style the guests hair for free by day and teach them how to make handmade pasta by night. His little share-house fast became the most popular place in town. As the business increased so did the standard of quality and service. He started with the modest first house and soon grew to 3 sharehouses in the inner suburbs of Sydney with one close by to the iconic Bondi Beach! His legacy lives on today through his grandchildren continuing the tradition and culture of premium service and quality accommodation. Sydney is a bustling city, vibrant, fashionable, multi-cultural and friendly, with our gorgous coastlines and beaches to the little cafe's tucked away in the sidestreets, whether you want to travel, work, or study Sydney Share house has a place for you.
