We arrived into NYC late yesterday & made the mistake of walking from the train station to the hotel with our bags down 7th ave. It was so busy and seemed to take forever. Walked it again tonight and it wasn't nearly so bad. NYC is as crazy as the movies if not a little bit more! We went thru central park this morning for bfast & checked Lil's new uni & home as well as where she can shop for food. It all looks like an amazing time ahead for her. Went to the museum late today. Lil found a channel at the hotel tonight so that we can watch the Matildas from here at 6a! Yay! Go the Matildas!Have attached a pic of time square tonight

Today we headed out to the foothills & mountains to the Capillano swing bridge, beautiful country only a short distance out. The swing bridge has legend status over here it seems Definitely not for someone that gets scarednof heights

Just love this destination for fun loving, city weary Brisbanites. Attended a launch tonight for the return of nonstop flights out of Brisbane & found myself talking to the PM & other dignitaries. They are so happy to be bringing Aussies back to Vanuatu from Brisbane. Such warm people & such a stunning destination

My pick of the Barossa villages would be Angaston, so pretty, heaps of character.
Mclarenvale will be our next challenge on another visit, too short on time to really explore. Definitely have to come back, there's so much to see.

Great way to see the iconic Qld Outback town of Winton along with the Dinosaur history. These are special charter flights leaving Brisbane at 6.30a and arriving back into Brisbane at 7pm. Really worth thinking about if you've never had a chance to visit this part of Queensland Country. Call or message me for any more details
