Morocco trip 4!!!!! ✨✨✨
It keeps growing, expanding and evolving every time. It continues to leave me in awe. The energy we create on this retreat with the support of the land. The vulnerability we open up and the willingness to truly connect. With oneself and each other 🌞

All together guiding 41 people through the magic of Morocco. Remembering the ways of nature, ancient connection and the simply way of life.

It’s surreal to be in witness of this online community.
Of how much we have evolved. Because this isn’t just about me. It’s about you. Your evolution witnessing my evolution. Your expansion joining retreats, circles or gatherings within this community. We have so much to celebrate here.

Love is life’s biggest gift 🌞💗
To get to experience love within ourselves, nature or another person. Love is also our biggest trade. To know such love you have to experience such grief or be at fear of experiencing it. But what is a life without risk, without daring to let love in. To truly experience the profound experience of loving another.

Sharing our love story on here is new, different and something I’ve taken my self back from many times. But the more we explore the veriations and depths of our love it feels like an injustice to not even try and share the unconditional love that is within our union.

I’ll share our story of meeting in time but for now the pulse of our harmonic bond is creating new paths for others to receive the healing within our sacred container as we experienced on our co-hosting retreat in Crete. It’s beautiful and real. To witness the power of sharing this depth of love we can experience on this plane. Not that it is all easy. There is lows, patience, disagreements, communication breakdowns and frustration of course. But every one of these welcome in the polar to exist. The highs, presence, celebration, understanding and passion. We can’t have one without both and the beauty of relationships show us that. It’s an honour to discover the polarity of love with someone and guide those learnings into your own. To walk a life of beauty.

It simply wouldn’t be without our individual devotion to our own path of uncovery and healing we probably wouldn’t have found eachother on the other side of the world (at least not yet). It makes it easy to love someone fully when you infact know that depth of love because you feel it for yourself and the journey you’ve experienced within. This kind of love doesn’t give you goosebumps because it’s the true love you have already discovered within. It simply feels like everything makes sense, because it does. You’ve felt it before, within your own heart. And how beautiful to magnify another that knows that same love within there own.

Just messages as I drive through the desert honouring the love my heart keeps expanding into. Not only for Kosta but for my family, sisters, tribe and you all here ✨

Beginning to share into the magic of our recent Crete experience 🇬🇷🇬🇷

It was magic. A word I often use to highlight the awe and mystic of life around us. As even in the simplest of moments it is awaits us. We just have to look for it.
But this trip it was everywhere. It felt like you didn’t even have to go seeking it. It was in the nature, the food, the conversations, the laughter, the songs and the circles. It was everywhere, it was us.

This trip was held in the union of the feminine and masculine. Allowing sisters to be witnessed through so much. Building the foundations of safety not only in sisterhood but In brotherhood. We will never be able to truly share what goes on in these sacred spaces as that’s what makes them sacred but wow. I am blessed, we are blessed for this experience.
One I hope to hold many others through in the future.

What Can We Learn from the Sun? 🌞

As I sit with the Sun, it never fails to uplift me with its radiant love. My spirit soars when it paints the sky blue. It always shines its light even in the darkest of days. I am in awe of this life-giving star at the center of our solar system.
