Hsin Cheng (Amber) graduating from arguably the finest culinary institute, Le Cordon Bleu, and their passion for exceptional sweets and fine patisseries. Amber, dux of the year, and has worked in one of finest restaurants- Rockpool Bar & Grill in Sydney.

Our goal today is the same as how it was 5 years ago, to create and deliver memorable experiences with our products and service,and to establish a portfolio of un, fun, exceptional pastry brand to customers who with fall in love with.
