By far, the most generous and welcoming people in the wine industry have been those of the natural wine movement. Their transparency, humility, and knowledge really is something I've wanted to share with everyone.

Some of the stats on this were damning. Especially when you get to the pointy end of the pay scale.

We've got a way to go for gender equality in the industry, but WaR (Women and Revolution) are creating the space for change.
