🤍👰💍Welcome home to my Happy Newlyweds Claude & Holly who recently just got married in ITALY!
They then embarked upon a 6 week journey through Europe visiting some stunning parts of the world like the Croatian Coastline, Italian Alps & Hillsides, Albania, Montenegro & The Greek Islands.
I absolutely loved hearing all about their adventures and looking at their beautiful pictures!

Most of you by now should know that I LOVE FOOD! and Malaysia is the Meccah for food! Its a food lovers Paradise! As the country is so multi cultural you can get the very best of Malay dishes, Indian, Chinese and Middle Eastern cuisine which are all amazing!
The street vendors and markets have the most beautiful freshly cooked food and so affordable! As you travel around Malaysia you'll notice the food changes slightly depending on the area but the main takeaway point is Food in Malaysia is a winner!

🧳🏝⛱ Shangri La Rasa Ria Resort Kota Kinabalu
If you're visiting Kota Kinabalu and looking for relaxing resort to unwind and enjoy the pool and beach facilities I highly recommend the Shangri La.
It's a good hour drive from downtown Kota Kinabalu so I would recommend splitting your time here and a hotel in downtown if you want to go some island day trips etc. Spend your time out here when you can enjoy it and not be travelling back and forth. the traffic is horrendous!
The resort is on its own private beach and known for its tranquil atmosphere, family-friendly amenities, and proximity to nature. It features a jungle reserve, various dining options, and activities like water sports and nature walks.

I absolutely loved my time in Malaysia and I was so surprised by how much I enjoyed it!
Unfortunately Malaysia isn't one of my highest selling destinations but I'm hoping after sharing my recent posts I might be able to change you're mind and send you on some amazing holidays to Malaysia!
If you love captivating cities, mind blowing food, gorgeous landscapes, unique wildlife and white sand beaches and islands then give Malaysia a go for your next holiday and let's chat!

🏮🕍Thean Hou Temple
One of the most beautiful Chinese temples I've been too! The hundreds of lanterns are so capturing to see and the stunning views over KL from the top of the temple is just wow!
It's not walking distance from the city centre. You'll need to catch a short Grab ride to and from the temple but so worth it 😊
It's free to enter and open from 8am daily. No specific dress code but always a good idea at any temple to cover shoulders and knees.

Batu Caves are a must visit in KL.
Its about a 15 min Grab ride from the city centre. However if you want to avoid the heat, crowds and naughty monkeys then I'd suggest you get there at dawn. Enjoy a beautiful sunrise and start the hike up the 272 steps on the rainbow staircase before the heat kicks in!

It is one of the most popular Hindu Sanctuaries outside of India. Known for its series of Limestone Caves and 43m tall statue of the Hindu God Murugan.

Petronas Towers KL Malaysia 🏙🌏
I must admit this was a building that really impressed me when seeing it for the first time! You know when you travel and you visit a landmark that's just a little underwhelming? This definitely wasn't it! It was a real WOW moment. There are also so many great vantage / viewing places to get some fantastic pictures. Not too mention a good majority of hotels in the KLCC area have a pool with views of the towers like our hotel did! Have you seen the Petronas Towers? What did you think?
This is what i LOVE about travelling is being just in awe of something you've always wanted to see!
