Studio P STUDIO P - POLE FITNESS & CIRCUS ARTS Studio P is the only pole studio located in the mining town of Kalgoorlie. It’s like doing aerobics on your pole.

Pole Dancing has taken the world by storm it is now regarded as a recognized form of exercise and can be used as both an aerobic and anaerobic workout so why not have fun and get fit at the same time. Classes are fun, inviting and you need no experience.

Pole Cardio focuses on a cardio dance workout using your pole as your centre and stabiliser. You will combine simple moves into a high energy, fat burning pole cardio routine which will help build muscle and tone upper body, midsection and legs. Class runs for 1hr a week for 6 weeks and is suitable for all levels of fitness and strength and no pole experience is necessary. 6 Week Pole Cardio course is $90. Timetables are posted for each Term watch the Studio P wall. Situated Unit 1,8 Pauley Ct, Bouler -in the industrial off Clancy St. Pole Dancing for the everyday woman. You don't have to be fit or a dancer to pole dance -come and give it a try you will love it. CIRCUS ARTS -training for Adults & children. All about getting you fit and making sure you have fun while you're doing it. Our classes are structured around each individual, learning new skills and discovering talents (and muscles) you never knew you had. You will get to tumble, juggle, spin, balance and fly high on our aerial lyra, aerial silks and trapeze.
