This is such a beautiful, gentle and soothing way to practise yoga. It can also be the hardest! Being still and slowing down is when the monkey mind will start- I had something pop up from high school, work, old stories, and so much more - but that is when I bought in some mantra and pranayama to anchor to. Once you hit the sweet spot it is transforming ✨✨✨
