I am a massage therapist, Reiki practitioner and more recently a yoga teacher. I have been massaging for over 10 years, and see it as not just a massage, but as a healing experience too. I was lucky enough to have trained in Reiki 8 years ago with an amazing teacher in New Zealand. I feel very grateful to be able to offer this incredible treatment to my clients whether it's 1:1 or distantly. Yoga

has been a love of mine for well over 10 years, and I'm now excited to be teaching it at Pottsville Beach Yoga. I love all aspects of yoga, of course the physical asana, but also the meditation and breath awareness. My intention is to bring healing and a flow on effect of peace, calm and love to all my clients, whether it is massage, Reiki or yoga. Swedish Massage

Joya Crystal Massage
70 mins - $80

Hot Stone Massage
75 min - $80

Reiki
Distant or 1:1 - approx an hour - $70

All treatments include a head massage :)

* Just for now I'll only be taking female clients.

Woke up feeling a bit anxty and in my head So, I sat, used my @shemana_elixirs savasana mist and took 3 big breaths, long slow exhales Then…..4 breaths in (pause for 4 if it feels good) and long slow exhale for 6-8 and repeat Hopefully your heart rate will slow, your mind will calm and you will feel more grounded in all 4 bodies Enjoy my loves ❤️
