🌳 After a few weeks exploring South America, we're finishing our adventure staying at one of the most unique properties I've ever experienced. Nestled on the rugged clifftops overlooking the Chilean coastline 90 minutes from Santiago, this stunner ticks every box.

🌳 Been offline for a few days wandering the and it did not disappoint - one of the best experiences of my life. Four days of epic views, amazing archeological sites, great Peruvian food, lots of laughs, a few blisters and a a bunch of new friendships formed on the trail with people from all over the globe.

Huge thanks to our hiking guides Klever and John David (and of course the Porters, Chefs and supporting crew) from for guiding is through the experience, keeping us safe and fuelled with delicious food for the journey. I have some many photos from the hike, I'll do another post soon for Machu Picchu!

🌳 Highly recommend the loft-style we've stayed at in located in Palermo. Huge living space, great pool area to cool off after a long day exploring the city and wonderful hosts. DM me if you want the details.

🌳 HAPPY NEW YEAR from Argentina! Wrapping up 2025 with another cycling adventure with .buenosaires exploring the northern part of the city sights.

Who am I kidding, the main reason I love bike tours - more cycling means I can justify eating more Empanadas!

🌳 White Water Rafting in Chile is one of those core memories that will stay with me forever, it's what travelling is all about for me - adventure, connecting with locals and immersing yourself in nature.

The Maipo River weaves through the Andes Mountains with the most breathtaking scenery and a water temperature of seven degrees which is pretty strong motivation to stay in the raft. The whole experience from the moment we were picked up by our guide Fran from to our time on the river with was absolutely brilliant and I'm still on a high.

If you're thinking of exploring South America, make sure you out Chile on the itinerary and you've got to and give White Water Rafting a go. Sensational experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

🌳 Day trip out to the Andes Mountains and stumbled across some beautiful local wineries. Didn't need to whip out the hiking boots, but it's outside... and I did walk through the vines so technically that constitutes a hike right?

🌳 Feliz Navidad from Chile! Unwrapping a beautiful Santiago sunrise hike on Christmas morning is a pretty good way to kick off my adventure in South America.

Santiago is home for the next few days so I'm jamming a bunch of adventures up in the Andes from hiking to white water rafting.

If you've spent some time here love to hear any recommendations restaurants, cafes and local experiences I can get around.

💚 Brisbane Movember Xmas Lunch: Moving to QLD was a big life change and I miss my friends, family, the Melb Get Outside community and my dog Junior everyday. Thankfully I've been welcomed by this special bunch of humans who have been such a massive support during my first year as an ambassador for Movember.

For years they've been doing amazing things for mens health and in 2024 here's a snapshot of the unbelievable physical challenges they smashed out (L-R):

👉🏽 60km row + 60km ski + 60km run
👉🏽 first time NYC marathon finisher
👉🏽 ran 21kms every 4 hours for 24 hours
👉🏽 smashed out an ultra marathon at speed

They did all this in addition to countless talks, podcast and interviews sharing their own story which connects them to Movember.

You guys inspire me and I'm so glad our worlds collided this year and can't wait to see what 2025 brings. Thanks for welcoming me with open arms

🌳 Movember 2024 Hike Challenge DONE. I'm physically shattered but so appreciative to everyone who made it down last night to walk with me.

Thanks to Sally and team from for powering my hike all night with Milkshakes, Bec and Narelle from for getting behind the campaign and selling the Gingerbread Mo's featured in this pic...

Thanks also to my partner in crime Renea, and my partner in life Murray for all you did helping me coordinate 'Dusk Till Dawn' - I appreciate you so much... plus my family who were there on the hikes and also waiting for us a the finishing line - it meant the world.

Finally big thanks to our incredible Get Outside who have donated, joined our Movember team, sent messages of support and shared our fundraising efforts - you are the best

I've got so many videos and photos so when I have some energy I'll share some more memories across the experience

🌳 Movember Update: With just two sleeps until my 2024 Movember Hike, I'm so pumped to announce that has reached out to say they're making a bunch of cookies to sell at their cafe in Melbourne with all proceeds going to support Team Get Outside!

I've known sisters Narelle and Bec (the brains behind the cafe and newly launched gingerbread line available all over Australia) since I was in Primary school and to have their support is bloody brilliant!

Team has raised nearly $6K which is incredible but we need your support to reach our 10K goal - if you're in a position to throw a few dollars to support Movember - the link is in my bio!

🌳 Finally had a chance to check out Hells Gate at Noosa National park and it didn't disappoint. Perfect little coastal walk finished off with a beach swim - ripping trail!
