🌳 Movember 2024 Hike Challenge DONE. I'm physically shattered but so appreciative to everyone who made it down last night to walk with me.

Thanks to Sally and team from for powering my hike all night with Milkshakes, Bec and Narelle from for getting behind the campaign and selling the Gingerbread Mo's featured in this pic...

Thanks also to my partner in crime Renea, and my partner in life Murray for all you did helping me coordinate 'Dusk Till Dawn' - I appreciate you so much... plus my family who were there on the hikes and also waiting for us a the finishing line - it meant the world.

Finally big thanks to our incredible Get Outside who have donated, joined our Movember team, sent messages of support and shared our fundraising efforts - you are the best

I've got so many videos and photos so when I have some energy I'll share some more memories across the experience

🌳 Movember Update: With just two sleeps until my 2024 Movember Hike, I'm so pumped to announce that has reached out to say they're making a bunch of cookies to sell at their cafe in Melbourne with all proceeds going to support Team Get Outside!

I've known sisters Narelle and Bec (the brains behind the cafe and newly launched gingerbread line available all over Australia) since I was in Primary school and to have their support is bloody brilliant!

Team has raised nearly $6K which is incredible but we need your support to reach our 10K goal - if you're in a position to throw a few dollars to support Movember - the link is in my bio!

🌳 Finally had a chance to check out Hells Gate at Noosa National park and it didn't disappoint. Perfect little coastal walk finished off with a beach swim - ripping trail!

QUEENSLANDERS: Looking for some good trails with swimming spots, been loving the recommendations so throw 'em in the comments and hope everyone made the most of their weekend!

🌳 THE 2024 MOVEMBER HIKE CHALLENGE IS HERE

This year I'll be hiking our 10km Dandenongs circuit from 'Dusk till Dawn' on Friday November 22 to raise funds and awareness for Movember.

🥾 HIKE WITH ME

I'm looking for 40 people who want to join me on one of the loops which start at 5pm, 9pm, 1am and 5am, plus I'll be carrying the 'Big Mo' for the entire hike.

🗺️ THE DETAILS

The Dandenongs circuit is 12km long and suitable for most levels of fitness with approximately 400m of elevation gain and like every Get Outside hike, I'll be with you every step of the way to complete the loop.

Tickets are $100 per head and EVERY CENT goes straight to Movember helping mens health. You'll receive all the usual Get Outside gourmet snacks and celebratory drinks PLUS we've got some special stuff to announce later on!

🌳 The Moustache is calling! The countdown is on with just 10 days before the 2024 hairy season kicks off! Here's a few snaps from the Brisbane launch last week and I'll sharing my hike challenge details soon - if you want to get involved in something EPIC in Victoria on Friday November 22 or Saturday the 23rd comment "I'm up for a challenge" on this post for the inside word - places strictly limited.

⛰️ Back in March 2020 I was booked and ready to head off on a bucket list adventure to but the universe had different plans for us all. Super pumped to finally hike the Inca Trail with and in January!

Love to hear from anyone who's made the trek and also any travel suggestions for Chile, Peru or Argentina - GO!

🌳 Well that was a wet and windy way to say goodbye to Victoria (for a few weeks). Big thanks to today's who kept the vibes high at Bushrangers Bay despite a few drops of rain!

🌳 In less than 48 hours I'll start the long drive up to my new home in Queensland. There is so much to be excited about with the move, but one decision that is ripping my heart apart right now is the fact that I am leaving behind this little guy.

Junior.

He is the most perfectly imperfect little fella who has been beside me through the best times, and the worst of times. I'll never forget walking in the door after driving out to the Cathedral Ranges a few years ago and watching him bound up to me to welcome me home like it was any other day.

While I'm not taking him with me now, my ex and I have decided he'll spend 6 months of the year in Melbourne and Winters in the warmth of Queensland.

On our last walkies this morning for a while we had so many hugs so if you've got a little four legged friend, give them an extra hug for me today
