As you all probably know, a part of our national park has been on fire since last Wednesday..

All our guests have canceled their bookings for the following week, but we want to let you know we are OPEN AND ROLLING!!
The Margaret River Region is huge, and only a small part of the southern area was burnt. No need to stop coming!!!

Our Full Day Wine Tour is still the same, no changes needed.
And we are re-planning our All About Margaret River Tour, as our beautiful karri forest can't be visited 🖤. Luckily our region so abundant, with heaps of natural wonders, so we will have a new experience as memorable as any other we do
So if you are down for Christmas or looking to give a Gift, please get in touch.

Having said that, we are truly grateful to everyone envolved in keeping us safe 🙏🏾 firefighters, police force, volunteers and this amazing community for being on call, supporting everyone in need, including wildlife.

There are many more great things to come.

It's All About the vineyard.
There's so much to talk about what's happening out there. No better way than taking a few minutes before tasting to be explained what this all is about.
Our guests then walk in to the cellar door with a good understanding of what to expect about each wine, and key and practical information to take back for future purchases or wine.

It's All About the vineyard

Ziggy's motto says "Wine is created in the vineyard and done in the winery". In the boutique wineries we visit, grapes are grown to suit the specific purpose of what the winemakers want to achieve.
There's a lot to explain for this to be understood. That's why we take our guests into the vineyard and go deep into the small details that make a huge difference.

Long to go, but key decisions have been made in the vineyard as we find the first bunches of grapes developing. A very good and long winter was a great start. '22 vintage is on its way.

It's All About having fun!

Every day on tour is different, but it's always so fun! Something I love of this job is that a day at work becomes a day with friends. I've heard so many fascinating stories of life, had deep conversations, shared silly jokes. And in between all of that, I share my passion for this wonderful town and region.
The only thing I don't do a tour is share a glass. In the end, I'm still the driver and at work 😉...

We are enjoying some winter sunny days and amazing sunsets.

We never get bored of these magical sunsets at 'the point'. If you are lucky enough, in this time of the year you can spot a few humpback whales as they are on their usual way up north

It's all about our nature
We love to see how nature expresses itself in the most magnificent ways.
Here I was walking a track of the Cape to Cape in between the bush and the ocean. It was early in the morning and the little birds were singing when this picture appeared.
I stopped and just breathed for a minute. I forgot about everything else.

We are in pruning season atm. It's one of the most important stages in winemaking, if not the most important. Everything that we do to the plant is what it will give us back later.
