This one for example is Cotton Tree, right in the heart of Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast. It doesn't get much better than a location like this. Positioned right at the mouth of the Maroochy river with direct frontage and access to both the Maroochy river and Maroochydore surf beach it's got to be right up there as one of the best and most accessible locations for a getaway.
