Judges praised it for its “inviting bouquet of menthol and delicate spice, with a refreshing lime zing. The palate is beautifully balanced, smooth, and rich with nutty undertones, while the finish is fabulously elegant, leaving a rich, satisfying sensation. Exceptional.”
This is the highest score ever obtained by a Western Australian Distillery and the third highest score achieved by an Australian spirit this year.

After 8 dry months we are starting to get some nice drops of ☔️ ⛈️in the southwest The difference from 2.5.24 to 27.5.24.
Still need a lot more to fill the tanks and the dams. Duns Lakes has a little, some have none!

Great wine tasting stop in between Buso & Duno on the main drag is Flametree. Great cellar door, lovely informed staff, and top shelf wines.
Make the stop and won’t be disappointed.

My family crew today are celebrating 50th wedding anniversary at Leeuwin Estate with a long lunch.
Thought I would grab a bite local.
had an old fav, steak sanga! Scotch fillet with the works. Good food, good service, great setting.

Who remembers school camp? Had the pleasure of driving Augusta Primary Y5&6 to Dwellingup Nanga Bus Camp for the week.
Rock climbing, canoeing, fishing, flying fox bush walks,amongst many more activities.
Kids loved it and didn’t want to leave, teachers were happy to be home!😁

First visit to this beautiful farm.
Burnside Organic Farm participating in ‘Cabin Fever’
Hosted about 100 guests for a spectacular lunch by all accounts.
Clouds parted for a nice afternoon and to wind up with a cuppa by the fire.

Driven past many times but finally got the pleasure to call into Lentedal Wines on the back roads in Marybrook.
Something for everyone, wine tasting, beers and pizza.
Nice outdoor area and something for the kids.

Had the pleasure of visiting MR Barval winery during the week with a large group.
Not just beaut wines and Roberts passion for wine making , but his wife as district nurse in nth central Oz provides a not for profit outlet for some amazing indigenous work.
Definitely adds some extra colour to the cellar door.

Another stop to add to your list in the is West Winds Distillery and Tavern in Cowaramup.
Nice down south feel venue with the popular range of gins and bonus Tavern.
