🌴JOB VACANCY : Sales and Reservations🌴
We are seeking a sales and reservations team leader, who will be providing face-to-face sales as well as working in the reservations office. The candidate will be responsible for local travel shop sales and achieving set sales incentives ✨
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders
- Assist as departmental liaison for sales, front office and check in
- Work with other departments to ensure that guest information is complete/up to date to fulfil their reservations
- Execute and support customer service standards
- Interact with guests to obtain feedback on product quality, service levels and up selling
- Ensure the reservations systems are functioning and interfacing properly
- Ensure that standards are maintained at a superior level on a daily basis
- Review sales and catering guest satisfaction results to identify areas of improvement
- Promote, track and report daily and annual sales progress for sales
- Assist in scheduling and coaching of reservations staff if needed
To be successful in this role you must possess:
- Previous travel sales or reservation experience
- Knowledge about our local area and an understanding of products and tours we offer
- Well-presented and professional with strong organizational skills and understand attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills to create a positive and interactive guest experience
- The ideal candidate will be comfortable with face-to-face sales and must be highly driven, as well as willing to work on weekends and holiday periods.
