I was lucky enough to jump aboard the luxury small ship Silver Muse to take a look around. Naturally she’s beautiful. With just over 550 guests onboard the spaciousness exceeded my expectation. The suites are understated glamorous with massive king beds and wardrobe space for days. Marble bathrooms and butlers for suites and above. This all inclusive cruise line makes you feel at home the moment you board. The food is plentiful and top notch and so are the bottomless beverages.

CDO for Star of the Seas!

When Icon of the Seas was launched we loved that it has its own "Chief Dog Officer" Rover and we hoped that th Icon's sister ship would also be graced with its own family dog as well.

Well its been announced today as we are 500 days out from the launch of Star of the Seas (August 2025) the Star will have its own Chief Dog Officer 'SAILOR'. Sailor will become a permanent resident and official crew member on the ship.

🦴 Michael Bayley confirmed that a second dog will join the Royal Caribbean fleet on the next Icon Class ship. Because of the big popularity and love for Rover on Icon, it was an easy decision to let another dog join the fleet.

🐶 The pup’s job is to bring joy and happiness to the crew and future guests, accompanied by its own handler. There’s no word yet which dog breed Sailor will be.

Just reviewing some airlines and found some valuable info about flights. Our region really needs to pull their socks up but take this as a learning opportunity when planning your flights. Allow at least 1-2 nights before your ship leaves or your tour starts. That extra 24-48 hours may not seem much when planning but it may be the difference between missing your holiday completely.
