Welcome to La Petite Maison
La Petite Maison is a 2 bedroom newly renovated couples retreat. Ideally located in South Warrnambool close to the beach, bicycle and walking paths, the expansive Lake Pertobe as well as restaurants, sporting facilities and Geothermal Day Spa. The Warrnambool shopping precinct is a short car drive away or catch the local bus from the bus stop located 200m from your front door. You can drive to iconic tourist destinations along The Great Ocean Road as well as Port Fairy and the Tower Hill Nature Reserve.
The house has been lovingly decorated and restored in a Hampton/Provincial style with the bedding and furniture chosen to match the theme with comfort and quality also a high priority. La Petite Maison would be suitable for travellers who like quality or couples seeking a romantic getaway. The house has two bedrooms with a queen size bed in each both comprising of beautiful linen and ceiling fans. The lounge is equipped with a large flat screen television with Netflix and a reverse cycle air conditioning/heating system. In the bathroom you will find a shower, quality linen and the beautiful MOR toiletries range comprising of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion. A washing machine is also located in the bathroom with washing powder provided. You also have access to a clothes line outside. In the kitchen you will find electric hot plates and oven, microwave, refrigerator and a coffee machine. You will need to supply your favourite ground coffee beans. The dining room has been beautifully fitted out with provincial furniture and also has reverse cycle heating and air conditioning. We also have various board games to play and books and magazines to browse. On the outside leading out from the kitchen you will find an undercover deck with a table and chairs to soak up the beautiful morning sunshine and a paved area that has a larger table and bench seats to enjoy many summer meals. The property is fully fenced and has newly planted gardens to finish off the renovation. Street parking in front of house or if you contact us prior to your arrival off street parking can be arranged. We also offer free Wifi.
