The weather over the last 3 days might not have been up to our usual standards for this US couple’s first Aussie visit and fishing adventure, but there were still plenty of chokkies reeled in along the way! 🎣
From breathtaking beaches and rugged coastlines to remote landscapes, friendly locals, incredible wildlife, delicious food, and the stunning 4 night stay at South Point Beach House —this experience has definitely set the hook for a return visit to chase those bigger fish that we missed out on!
Big thanks to our mates at Beyond the Blue Travel for helping make this adventure one to remember. 🙌

If our week wasn’t busy enough, through in 120 passengers over 4 very informative & immersive tours for our shore excursions with our mates at Ponant cruises.
An awesome day out with raves a plenty, from travellers all around the world, captured beautifully by Mikaela Frick Photography on one of our tours. 📸

RAVE from some more happy punters!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My husband & I & 2 friends booked a private tour with Australian Coastal Safari on a cruise ship day & I can’t imagine a more perfect tour.
Our guide, Doug, was phenomenal & one of the best tour guides we have ever toured with! He was a wealth of information & witty too.
Our tour could not have been any better. It was one of our favorite tours ever & we have been on 42 cruises & almost always book private excursions. We all agreed that this was one of the most diverse tours we have ever done.
We saw gorgeous beaches, amazing views, farmland, kangaroos (we saw two kangaroos mating 🤣), koalas (we saw a koala with a joey in her pouch go down a tree, run right in front of us, climb another tree, get in a fight with another koala in that tree, run back down that tree, climb another tree, get into it with a bird nesting in that tree, etc), tropical birds, sleepy lizards (Doug picked one up out of the road & brought it into our car for us to see), we went four wheeling in sand dunes by the ocean which was a highlight for my husband, etc. We had a wonderful picnic with beer or wine in a gorgeous setting & some amazing snacks, salami, cheese, crackers, fruit, nuts, etc with wine later.
We will probably never get back to Australia but if we did, we would definitely tour with Australian Coastal Safaris again!
