A medium par 3, the 4th features a narrow green at the front that widens towards the back. If the pin is close to the front of the green, it is wise to hit a little past the flag to the wider part of the putting surface.

A strong par 4, the best approach off the tee is to aim as close to the right-hand side fairway bunkers as possible. The green features a heavy slope so you’ll need to maintain concentration to hit the perfect second shot.

The Royal Melbourne Golf Club’s, par 3, 7th on the West Course.

The right hand side of the green features heavy bunkering, however, those that can accurately carry the bunker will be rewarded with the flattest part of the green for a second shot putt. For those looking to play it safe to the left, be wary of the long slope on the green that makes putting a challenge.

A tough finish. The par, 18th at is ranked as the toughest hole on the course. You'll want to save your best drive for this uphill fairway, but the test doesn’t stop there. The elevated, sloping green is guarded by two deep bunkers waiting to catch any shots that come up short. Conquer this hole, and you’ll truly have earned that well-deserved reward at the clubhouse bar.

A tough par 4, the 11th features heavy bunkering to the right of the fairway and green. The relatively small green requires accuracy from the second shot as a miss to the left or long will be swallowed by steep run-offs.
