I am so excited to announce that I am officially back!
The past few years have been tough and interesting, letting go of my very successful business and exploring new job opportunities. I was extremely lucky to land on my feet and got work as an SSO at two local Primary Schools, working in the front office. I have loved the people I have worked with, and I really appreciate the opportunity they offered me to start a new career path.
However, last year, I found myself drawn back to travel. Every time someone mentioned travel, my ears would prick up and I got excited about the options I could suggest to them. I was still booking a small amount of travel, mostly for friends and family and some lovely clients that had managed to track me down, but it wasn't enough, and I made the decision at the end of 2023 that I would go back to what I loved. I think anyone that has worked in travel would tell you that it is in your blood, it never leaves you.
So let me reintroduce myself and explain what I can do to assist you with a future holiday, corporate travel, or maybe a group trip for a school or sporting team.
I own a home-based travel agency. I have been in the travel industry for nearly 20 years and have run my own business for 16 of those years. I love booking dream holidays for couples or families to destinations all over the world. I am experienced in managing small to medium corporate accounts and I am experienced in planning and coordinating group travel including hosting the trips. I have never really specialised in one area as I love the variety of looking after all different styles of travel.
I am a Mum to 3 growing boys aged 17, 13 and 12. They keep me on my toes and at the supermarket buying food! But I think I have passed on my love of travel to them with the trips we have had as a family. They are always bugging me about where our next adventure is going to be.
