It sure makes a difference when someone who knows how to operate the camera 📸 is in charge of photos. 🥰
This piece is incredibly special to me. I started painting it the week my sister was diagnosed with cancer. Too many of us know that guttural and raw emotion that comes from that place of fear caused by cancer. It infiltrates our mind, our spirit while it takes hold of the bodies of our loved ones. 🥺
I would lay awake at night after hearing the news. I’d listen to narrate the story of the lavender fields just to help me sleep. His voice and his story filled my thoughts and dreams with beauty instead of sadness. From within, ‘Hope Waits’ came to life on canvass.
