Last weekend we attended the HIA annual awards night in Adelaide. Our extension and renovation project at Aldgate was lucky enough to take out the award for best in class, and also the overall Project of the Year.
We now find ourselves finalist at the national awards next May.
Even though we don't do projects for these awards, it's great recognition for all trades involved, also having the input from great clients make a big difference.

MAJOR RENOVATION / EXTENSION
ALDGATE

Late last year we completed our project in the Adelaide Hills, very satisfying build that certainly fit our mould, difficult, different and plenty of thinking.

What made this project even more great was our clients we worked for, Fantastic family that were great to work with.

Stockwell 🏠

Here's the big reveal you've all been waiting for... our Stockwell build is complete! 🙌 Where do we start with this one? There's the magazine-worthy fireplace (the only one in Australia!), the hydronic underfloor heating, the polished concrete floors, or the fact the owners can control the entire house with a touch of a button from their phone. But the part we're most proud of? The energy-efficient way this home has been built. This home has no air conditioning (say goodbye to heating and cooling bills) because it has been built using the latest passive solar design principles. With the demand for polished concrete increasing, it was time to expand our fleet to include the state of the art new Husqvarna RC 680PG, full remote controle system. Much bigger machine then our current ginders. Higher productivity, efficency and a better final product. The more floors we are doing the more excited we are getting with what we produce. Check out the latest clip below of the new machine in action, the boys having a test run. Exciting times.
