Despite its sinister moniker, Pailon del Diablo is actually comprised of three separate waterfalls, with the largest being over 80 metres in height 🫣

5. Golden Dragon Theatre. Water puppetry has been celebrated in Vietnamese culture for 1000+ years.

6. Ben Thanh Market. Food, clothes, and souvenirs can be found here, but navigating the maze is half the fun.

7. Saigon Skydeck. If you want to get a scope of how big Ho Chi Minh City really is, then this is the place to be.

You've probably familiar with Giraffe Manor in Africa - think a luxury mansion where the local giraffes are welcome to stick their heads through a window, and join you for high tea ☕

While an overnight stay here can cost upwards of AU $4000 per night, did you know that day guests are welcome to visit the Nairobi Giraffe Centre in the same complex for under $20? 🤩

As the brainchild of the African Fund For Endangered Wildlife, the Nairobi Giraffe Centre was founded in 1979. At the time, it was designed to provide a home for injured or ill giraffes that were increasingly being displaced from their habitat in Western Kenya 🥹

Today, more than 300 giraffes have been released back to various national parks across Kenya. What's more, is that visitors can get up close and personal with these gentle giants knowing they're doing it ethically 🥰

If you've been lucky enough to travel to India, you'll know two things: Jaipur is pink, and Jodhpur is Blue. But what if there were exceptions to this rule? 🤔

Jaipur became known as “The Pink City” when Maharaja Ram Singh had most of the buildings painted pink - the colour of hospitality - in preparation for a visit by Britain's Queen Victoria in 1876 🩷

However, some areas retained a different palette, such as the Shri Niwas (Blue Hall) of Jaipur City Palace. Home to the Royal Family, the blue hues are a nod to the local blue glaze pottery popular in India during the 17th century 🏺

While Uluru has long been considered as the heart of Australia, too many people make the mistake of believing that the Red Centre has little more to offer 🦘

But is that actually true? Well, we're SO glad you asked! 💁‍♀️

1. Kata Tjuta, formerly known as The Olgas, means 'many heads'. Bigger, wider and taller than Uluru, Kata Tjuta is a spectacular collection of 36 enormous rocks and a great place to take a stroll during your time here.

2. Curious about Indigenous culture but also a passionate foodie? Don't miss the Bush Food Experience, where visitors can learn more about Indigenous bush tucker before participating in a cooking experience.

3. Taking a camel ride has long been one of the most popular things to do when visiting Uluru. If that's not your thing, then a visit to the Uluru Camel Farm is still worthwhile to meet the locals and explore the homestead.

4. Covering more than seven football fields, artist Bruce Munro created the Field of Light to invite visitors into his fantasy garden of 50,000 electric blooms. With Uluru looming in the background, it's a sight not to be missed.

5. For the creatives and the curious, Maraku Arts Dot Painting Workshop is an uplifting experience will open your eyes to traditional Anangu culture while creating your own story on canvas.

Purple, pink, blue and yellow lupins sprout up along lakes and in riverbeds in Mackenzie Country, making the already-stunning views even more incredible. Make no mistake though, lupins are not actually native to New Zealand 🫢

Despite being classed as an invasive w**d, there's no denying their beauty and their status as an ideal background for photos 📸

Known for it's colourful costumes, samba dancing, grand parades, and food festivals, Rio's annual Carnival might just be the biggest party found anywhere in the world 💃

Carnival celebrations go all the way back to the 1650s, when the Portugese colonised Brazil and brought their Catholic beliefs with them 🌎

Tucked away in a tiny backstreet of Covent Garden, Neal's Yard is regarded as one of the most interesting pockets of London.

Neal’s Yard owes its name to Thomas Neale, who in 1690 received a piece of land from William III and created the Seven Dials area in which it is situated. By the mid 1970s, Neal’s Yard was a dark, derelict yard home to a handful of warehouses.

That all changes in 1976, when Nicholas Saunders started the Whole Food Warehouse, and his entrepreneurial skills turned this neglected space into the thriving, colourful community.

Today, the shops, cafes and vibrant architechture continues to attract locals and visitors alike, or anyone seeking refuge from the big city.
