An absolute pleasure to spend the morning coaching rugby 🏉 players; offering Coach education to the coaches from North Lakes State College this morning. Both the players and coaches were completely invested in the session and are all a credit to their College. Many thanks 🙏 for the invitation to help develop both the players and coaching staff. I’m looking forward to my next visit in 2025.

Tonight is the final session for these extraordinary and brave men who joined the Bulldogs AussieFit team for 12 weeks. The program sponsored by QUT and the Heart Foundation was created to offer men the opportunity to learn more about themselves in relation to their eating and drinking habits; their activity levels and options; creating sustainable change in the workplace, home and in social circumstances to enable themselves to live a more healthier lifestyle. I cannot thank them enough for throwing themselves into the course and personally sharing each week their highlights and "lesser" lights. It has been an honour to work with these men. The obvious highlight of the 12 week program was the round table discussion re set backs in life; how to deal with them and how to maintain motivation when hurdles are confronted. The group were delighted to welcome former Olympian Susie O'Neill to the evening. Susie's life story was an inspiration to the group and provided much discussion going forward. "We are what we repeatedly do - Excellence then is not an act - But a HABIT".

Fabulous few weeks with a great bunch of young rugby 🏉 players who have a clear intention to develop their skill sets. Their work ethic is a wonderful testament to their dedication to improve their rugby education. I’m excited to watch first hand their skill set continue to grow over the next month.

My Bulldog AussieFit group have reached halfway of their 12 week program. Last week we discussed the difficult issue of alcohol 🍷 consumption. Here is one very positive response from our group!!!

Thrilled to be asked by QUT to run the second Bulldog AussieFit program for the year. Great to meet these very energised and motivated men last night at the Kennel. They were very excited to share the Main Oval with Grand Final teams - First Grade, 5th Grade and Colts 1.
