After acquiring the Estate back in 2012, our owners Kim & Kathy Manolios have worked with our winemaker, Richard Darby, to perfect the art of ageing wine in the ancient method of Terracotta Amphora paired with modern winemaking innovations.

The result?
Terracotta's remarkable ability to regulate temperature, plus no transferable flavour influence allows us to create wines that are fruit-driven and a true expression of our vineyard and the Mornington Peninsula region.

It's safe to say they knew what they were doing 6000 plus years ago. Pop into our cellar door or restaurant to try it for yourself.
