Some days the summer heat can get a little bit too much. We like to retreat to cool, century old, beautifully decorated & preserved, barrel rooms at Stanton & Killeen Wines. Their private tour & tasting in the solera room is just the ticket.

Jacob's Creek is rooted in 170 years of winemaking tradition, which began when Johann Gramp planted his first vineyard on the banks of Jacob’s Creek in 1847. The creek itself is a small tributary which runs through the heart of the Barossa Valley, named after surveyor William Jacob who settled on a small piece of land next to the creek in 1840.

When we say there is a lot of cheese included in the fortified + fromage experience at Audrey Wilkinson… we mean a LOT 🧀😋 You also get to taste a huge range of wines - not just fortifieds - so consider skipping lunch and settling in for the afternoon. Available daily at 11am, 12:30pm and 2:30pm.

Something magical is happening in the #Barossa this week! 💫 Travelling from around the country, as far as Margaret River, Hobart and the Hunter Valley, 50 representatives from our @ultimatewineries are gathering for our annual member meeting, which facilitates knowledge sharing and collaboration and aims to raise the bar for experience-led wine tourism in Australia. The three-day event incorporates all five #BarossaValley members: @sthugowines, @seppeltsfield, @artisansofbarossa, @yalumbawine and @jacobscreekwine. 📹: @artisansofbarossa
