Circumnavigation completed!! Here are a few photos of yesterdays arrival, official presentation and celebrations. Thanks to everyone who assisted us along the flight around our beautiful country with accommodation, meals, tools, tours, cars, fuel, and assistance. The beautiful scenery was only surpassed by the beautiful people that helped us along the way, the strangers that we’d never met before. I am now looking forward to producing some footage from our 360 cameras, which have captured some amazing shots of the stunning Australian coastline and countryside. I now look forward to catching up with friends and family. Thanks for coming along on the journey with us. Regards David

Day 47: The woes of being a recreational pilot is fixing your own aircraft issues. David’s not going on his planned tour today!! Instead he’ll be fixing the split oil pipe to the turbo engine charger. Silver solder purchased on Thursday Island this morning, and repairs are now underway. Lucky there is a good network of handy people on Horn Island to assist.

Our Yellow Water sunset boat cruise was amazing! The billabong was rich in wildlife with alot of crocodiles and an abundance of different types of birds. Apparently one third of Australia’s bird species are in Kakadu. Photos don’t do the place justice. A boat cruise at anytime during the day will not disappoint.

Another day, more fuel needed. XWW and ZOY are currently at Kakadu (NT).
