Prime Build recently welcomed Procore Technologies 's newest team members to South Windsor for an exciting site tour. It was a fantastic opportunity to showcase how we utilise Procore's cutting-edge project management and Safety & Quality tools on-site.
Our team's engagement was outstanding! They asked insightful questions about the benefits of Procore, especially from a Principal Contractor's perspective. We even had hands-on demonstrations to illustrate real-world use cases.

Rob Antonios’s recent appointment as director of our construction business in NSW represents an exciting evolution of our construction journey, which first commenced in 2018 when we completed our first ground up ALDI store at Balgowlah.
Rob’s appointment provides increased focus and expertise in our construction division. A fun night was had by all at our NSW Family Dinner last Friday at the Ettamogah Hotel in Kellyville Ridge.
The annual event provides the perfect opportunity to bring together all our NSW staff – from the site and office - to enjoy a relaxing evening together with their loved ones included.
The food and drink were plentiful… as were the laughs!
It was fantastic attending the Green Building Council Australia’s Green Building Day yesterday, where we heard from Rob Stokes, an Advisory Committee Member of the Australian Government’s Urban Policy Forum, and the CEO, Davina Rooney, who presented an overview of the landmark plan ‘Every building counts: A practical plan for emissions reduction’, which sets out a practical pathway for transforming homes, workplaces and other buildings into low carbon, high-performance structures while cost-effectively reducing emissions.
It was an amazing and inspiring day packed with other thought leadership on various topics from the electrification of buildings, to the Sydney Metro’s 120 year design life.
Our latest Coles store refurbishment was in Kialla, south of Shepparton, Victoria.
The project included installation of new flooring, shelving, signage, refrigeration, joinery, feature lighting and bulkheads, as well as tiling and painting.
Thanks to the team for delivering the renovation within the scheduled 14-week program and for providing Coles and the local community with another store transformation.
We’re excited to have recently completed our first project with The Anglican School Corporation at Wollondilly Anglican College.
The project consisted of turning an asphalt undercroft area into classrooms, toilets and a staff room. The project was a huge success!
Special thanks go to Site Manager, Adam Suisted, who did a great job of maintaining the programme throughout the duration. Prime Build also thanks our invaluable subcontractors and suppliers involved, as well as The Anglican School Corporation for the fantastic opportunity to deliver this project.

This week marked another great milestone at our South Windsor Enterprise Park project as the last of the wall panels were lifted into place.
Fingers are crossed for a clear run to completion, as all main infrastructure works have now been completed and the first stage is in the final defect phase.

The store is one of only two in the state boasting the newest look format.
It was opened by Nancy the guide dog from Guide Dogs Australia - Coles' longest charity partner, with $14 million raised over 40 years!

Early works are steaming ahead on the South Windsor Enterprise Park industrial development we’re delivering for WST Property Group. During August, the ground slabs were completed for units 1-12, along with the footings and services rough in for units 14-25, which included the installation of screw piles throughout. The tilt up panels and structural steel shop drawings have also been progressed.
