The first half of the year has been nothing but extraordinary plus more and I thank you.
I was wondering why there was not enough time in the day, kind of like this picture trying to fit in as much as possible in a suitcase 😆 and then I started reflecting on where my time has gone - researching, designing and managing peoples travel around the world or course!!!

A half a day day tour visiting the elephant sanctuary reserve in Phuket, where these gentle giants roam.
They like to get muddy and have a scratch by the trees, they eat an abundance of food from bananas, sugar cane and as you can see from our cooking demonstration also pumpkin, rice and more, they also turn their dung into thick luscious, coloured paper (hmmm bet you didn’t think you’ll see dung and luscious in the same sentence). They really are remarkable creatures on this earth - 🐘 🩶

I really can’t pick a favourite, can you?
Christchurch went through a lot when the major earthquake hit in 2011 - seeing and being present in Christchurch to me feels like (I’m calling it) a “boutique city”, every turn around the corner was a pocket full of surprise. I loved so many things about this city and one of my favourites was the street art scene with the vast variety or murals through out the city to appreciate, the scale, styles and colours 🩷 🧡
I see a seahorse. Do you?
NZ’s largest glacier, the Tasman glacier with icebergs of many shapes and sizes amongst the magnificent mountains, with lines and colours the icebergs had the similar appearance of massive gemstones.
Enjoy - If you listen carefully you can hear the ice crackling on the surface as we moved through an area, oh you might hear some laughter too - we like to have FUN 🤩
With that big ice cube all we needed was “scotch on the rocks” 🥃🧊 😆

We soared 🚁 over the Southern Alps, saw some wildlife below and hiked for 7km through the exclusive private land, family owned Glentanner Station. I’m sure you’ll all agree this area is filled with breathtaking views of a magnificent landscape in every direction, like travelling through a painting. 🖼️
With a spot of tea ☕️ and slice 🍰 for a break at the Historic Field Station and exhibition, and always room for great conversation and laughs to be had by all 🏔️
