Fabulous time was had in Fiji 🇫🇯 I met with MANY suppliers and caught up with my amazing colleagues too. It was great to see many of the resorts on Denarau Island including the Sheraton, Sofitel and Radisson Blu. A lot of fun and laughs were had when we played our own mini version of ‘Amazing Race’. We were also whisked off to our own private island for the day where we enjoyed a swim, lunch, cocktails and massages! The beautiful Fijians remain as happy and friendly as ever 🥰

Today I'm off to Fiji to attend MTA's conference. I'll be catching up with a lot of colleagues and suppliers over the next couple of days. It's a great chance to be updated on ALL things 'travel'. I'm excited to be back in Fiji and check-out many of the properties at Denarau. I'll share photos over the next few days, and will be back in the office on Monday ✈

Today I did an inspection of Scenic Eclipse II. Wow, this is a beautiful small ship which is ultra lux and modern. With 2 helicopters and 1 submarine onboard it’s truly like no other! For more information on their itineraries in Australia and worldwide please contact me.

Day 2 we headed out with Epic Ocean Adventures. Driving along the ‘beach highway’(they even have speed signs) we headed for a beach near Double Island Point. This is where we got on kayaks and headed out to sea. We did kayak a long way out and saw Green Sea Turtles and many dolphins, was a very cool experience! The kayaks were very sterdy, and I only fell out when catching a wave coming back to the beach. Somehow Summer managed to stay onboard! The water was a beautiful 25C, we chose the best day as the weather was perfect ☀️ Last night and tonight we stayed at Habitat Noosa, ‘Glamping’. It’s so beautiful and secluded up here, the only neighbours are the many kangaroos and birds! Day 3 we went to Eumundi Markets and then the weather turned as we hopped onboard the Everglades boat trip. It was lovely albeit it very wet… 🌧️ Tomorrow we head to SeaLife before heading home. ✈️

Thanks to Aussie Tourism and Sunshine Coast tourism, Summer and I jetted off to Queensland early this morning. We were very pleasantly surprised by the leg room on our Alliance plane. We picked up a car and drove to Glasshouse Mountains Ecolodge. What a fabulous property nestled amoungst the trees and mountains. Today we also went to Australia Zoo. I’d never been and didn’t realise how huge it was! Not your typical zoo, I highly recommend a visit, we did a lot of walking, but loved it! More adventures tomorrow!

If there are 2 of you travelling and the seating configuration is 3-3. Book an aisle and window down the back of the plane. If there are a couple of spare seats on the plane, chances are that the middle seat in between you, will be one of them! There are about 1/2 dozen spare seats on this flight including the one between Summer and I 😉
