Tuscany in the heart of Italy and Provence in the South of France have much to offer travellers who appreciate the beauty of natural rolling hills, lavender fields, architecture, history and culture. We have centred our Provence tours in the Luberon, where gently sloping vineyards and lavender fields provided the backdrop that enthralled Cezanne, Van Gogh and Chagall. Highlights of the tour includ

e the Palais de Papes in Avignon, the Roman Amphitheatre in Arles, the Atelier de Cezanne in Aix-en-Provence, Carrieres de lumieres in Le Baux-de-Provence and the Pont du Gard. And our Tuscan tours are based in Cortona, not far from Lake Trasimeno and the setting for the famous 'Under a Tuscan Sun'. Whilst enjoying an experience of a lifetime you will meet and make friends that I’m sure you will continue to keep in touch with afterwards. Just because you can't go to France at the moment, doesn't mean you can't still partake in French cooking classes. Highly recommend.

So excited to share with you my news today. You might not be able to travel to France at the moment because of the pandemic but you can now cook with me via my Zoom online cooking classes.

I've got a range of different classes cooking everything from two different kinds of croque sandwiches on my croque class, delicious trout rillettes on the spring lunch menu class or my fabulous yoghurt cake in the gâteau class.
