End of an era . . . .

We have a bittersweet announcement to share, Elmar’s in the Valley has been sold, our final day of trade as Elmar’s in the Valley is 28th May 2022.

First of all, we would like to say a massive thank you to our local community, our suppliers, customers and of course all our amazing staff, who have supported us over the last 17 years. We will forever remember your kindness, love and enduring support throughout our journey here in the Swan Valley.

Whether it be at Oktoberfests, Psychic Dinners, Markets, Highlander Games, themed dinners or just the everyday happenings here at our venue, we will miss seeing your smiling faces and the joy experienced from our food, beer and German culture.

Owner/Director Anette is looking forward to semi-retirement & enjoying time with her beloved horses. And Elmar, you will still be able to find him at Beaufort St, Highgate crafting our famous Smallgoods products that we’ve built our reputation upon.

We’re also excited to see what the new owners have in store. From what they’ve shared with us, you are in for a real treat & it will be a great addition to the Valley.

On that note, we invite you to join us this Friday night for our last ever Smokin’ Hot Friday, our final event & hurrah! It’s our way to say farewell in true Elmar’s style.

Bring your family, friends, neighbours and come experience Elmar’s in the Valley for the last time, cosying by the firepit, feasting on delicious food from our all-you-can-eat buffet and sipping on our much-loved biers.

And, over the next two weeks, do make sure to come in, enjoy one last shank & stein of bier!

Stock up on our beers, smallgoods and merch as from 28th May, our beers and merch will no longer be available.

Our smallgoods will however continue to be available from our Highgate, Myaree stores & at number of our Perth stockists.

From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you again and we hope to see you all this Friday 20th May to celebrate or over the coming two weeks.

The first ever Dan Murphy's Decoded Spirit Awards have been announced and you wanna guess who picked up the award for Australia’s Best Vodka?

Damn straight we did! Winning the judges over with its super smooth taste, our Pavlova Vodka took out the vodka category.

And it should be fairly obviously how we’re planning to celebrate! Grab a bottle of the pav from us (or your local Dans of course!) and raise a glass with us!
