Another year in the book. Once again from Nina, Gavin and Hudson we thank you to everyone that has supported our small business in 2024. Some big changes with some new staff but plenty of projects including 3 x new houses in Birdsville, a couple of new houses started in Longreach as well as plenty of smaller projects and maintenance in between. Look forward to seeing everyone again in 2025 and happy to take on any new work/ projects from Feb/ March.

*We are seeking a qualified tradesman or experienced 4th year apprentice to be based in Longreach QLD.
*Work includes but not limited to new builds, renovations, light commercial and maintenance.
*A current driver's licence is essential.
*A Gas Work Licence is preferred.
*Work vehicle will be supplied.
*Well above award wages are offered.

Well 2023 has been by far our busiest year when it comes to new projects. Both residential and commercial housing as well as trying to fit in our renovations and some maintenance. All while adding little Hudson to the crew as well our new apprentice Ryan. Sadly we say farewell to our two Blackall imports in Jake and Seaton, thank you for all your work over the years and good luck in the future. Finally thank you to all our customers and Builders for your support in 2023 and look forward to working with you in 2024.

Gasfitting preferred but not essential to the role (+ remuneration offered if current gas ticket held). We specialise in construction and civil plumbing works, some light commercial projects & maintenance as well. Must be able to work independently and have a current open class driver's license. It has been a big year for Gavin Groves Plumbing. We understand it may have been hard to book in a job with us for these past few months and there is a good reason behind this. In partnership with Ausco Moduler we have been delivering a major project in Windorah. From install of a 30 man camp for the project, to underground Stormwater, Sewer, Raw Water and Potable Water. To all suspended pipework, install of Hotwater services and heat pumps, on site waste water treatment plant and irrigation field, right through to a fully automatic irrigation system. It's been a major project that does not come around often for us and have enjoyed being part of it.
