A pub lunch or a swim at the beach. That’s typically how the conversation goes at the top of Blue Tier with our riders while they try and choose between riding Bay of Fires and finishing at Swim Cart beach on the East Coast or The Blue Tier Descent finishing at the Weldborough pub for lunch and then riding Atlas descent into Derby.

The Bay of Fires trail is an epic 42km of wilderness trail starting at 752m in the Blue Tier and flowing down to Swim Cart Beach.

This is one of those special jobs.

See these legends, they’re not just anybody. That’s the Sprung crew. And, “who’s Sprung,” Well, it’s the crew from our local bike shop, our mates, a decent chunk of our social circle, and who we call when we need to bounce ideas around.

From early days of Into The Wild, we recall sitting in the suspension room with Troy (Owner of Sprung) bouncing ideas around for a mountain bike tour company.

Surround yourself with like minded, hard working, “can do” people, and great things will happen as well as a few laughs along the way.

Sweet day in a different office today.

The crew took us through the Dove Canyon so we could see what it’s all about ahead of our 2024 / 2025 season.
