WE ARE HIRING
Join our fun and active team at Bike On and By Earth and Ocean. You will play a key role in ensuring our fleet of hire bikes are well-maintained and be ready to provide an exceptional customer experience. If you have a passion for the outdoors, customer service and a keen eye for detail, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Please note, this is a secure ongoing long term role, with a significant level of training and development provided. It is not a short term holiday role please do not apply if you are looking for ad-hoc or occasional work or work for a fixed period.

Some of the main things you will be doing:

Bike mechanics and maintenance
Providing exceptional customer service
Tour guiding on bikes or kayaks (training provided)
Showing a confident level of computer skills
Mountain bike coaching (if interested)
Working collaboratively within the wider business operations

Key duties & responsibility will include (but not limited to):

Excellent customer Service Skills
Good knowledge of bike maintenance and mechanics
Managing and daily use of online booking system
Guiding Kayak and Bike Tours
Working with a team in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work unsupervised
Delivering Bikes to Customers in the region
Running Cycle Skill programs at schools (training provided)

Qualifications required:

Current First Aid and CPR certificate
Blue Card
Australian Drivers license

This role is best suited to an individual who enjoys working outdoors and in a physical environment.

This position has a wide variety of jobs, things can change depending on weather etc, so a good level of flexibility and a positive attitude is needed. We are looking for a committed team member who is open to working some weekend shifts and is available during peak times and school holiday periods.

This is a casual role with a view to permanent hours for the right candidate.
